We are a fairly young club operating from a lake in the city of Derby.

We welcome all types of model boat enthusiasts, the only restriction we have is that due to a condition of our leasing arrangement with Derby City Council we cant allow the operation of internal combustion engines on our lake.

Although we are a young club we have already racked up a number of awards including Best Club at the 2015 Model Boat Show at Coalville.

The club however is not about winning awards but is about having fun pursuing our hobby of building and sailing radio controlled model boats. Your level of experience is not important, we welcome all, from the rank novice to the master modeller, and are only too happy to pass on our experience to others.
